You've Got Projects
We've Got the Equipment

"What a great group that work here. It’s a genuine pleasure to do business here. They always take care of me and go the extra mile. Will be a Tates costumer for life!!"

"Always easy to utilize and make a reservation. The team helps you load it and show you how to use it. Would go here for all my big equipment rentals."

"We use Tates rental equipment for my business often. The wide selection and multiple stores allow them to provide what I need where I need it. We had a problem with a piece of equipment. They helped me out on price and took care of the problem. It was not the first time that we got 5-star service from them. I recommend Tates."

"Have rented a skid steer, sod cutter and cement finish tools from Tates. Every time the machines and tools worked great. Customer service is excellent as they are always willing to help. Cost is usually less than other places. Definitely recommend if you need to rent some of the tools and machines they offer."

"I’ve rented from Tates for nearly 10 years. Every time I call to reserve or ask questions, the staff is always super friendly and professional. If I’m either picking up or dropping off in the yard, same thing, the team is just super helpful and spot on with everything they do. I appreciate Tates cause it’s so simple to get in and out of and they make it easy."

"Quick and easy - equipment from a team you can trust. Team loaded/hitched and unloaded/unhitched and I was on my way."

"Huge availability of equipment from ladders to mini excavators. Staff is very helpful. They were very receptive and helpful to a small problem I had with a piece of equipment I rented. Easy pick up and drop off. Already have a few more upcoming rentals planned."

"Excellent service. The office and tools staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant."

"Tates Rents is great to work with! The team reserved all of the right tools we needed and gave great advice for our project, even taking a few of our calls with questions throughout the day. Everything worked great and was affordable. It’s great to be able to rent tools for one time projects instead of purchasing them. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!"

"Highly recommend. Great customer service and expertise. Some projects are stressful and knowing the equipment rental company has your back goes a long way! Well done Tates Rents Caldwell."
