This year, we took a significant step towards realizing our vision of being an ESOP company by establishing an Employee-Owner Committee. Comprising dedicated individuals who have been instrumental in shaping our journey, this committee has been pivotal in making our events, such as the Summer Company Party and the Stock Price Reveal, a resounding success.

Meet the Committee Members:

• Garrett Saylor: Assistant Manager, Meridian

• • Tenure: 5 years
  • Beyond the workplace, Garrett and his family thrive on exploring Idaho’s natural wonders. From camping and hiking to concerts, they embrace the beauty and culture of our beloved state.

• Shaun Wadsworth: Outside Lead (Meridian)

• • Tenure: Approximately 3 years
  • Shaun’s versatility shines in his role as an outside lead, always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. Off-duty, his love for DIY projects fuels his creative pursuits.

• Shawn Deidrich: Parts Manager (Central Services)

• • Tenure: 8 years
  • Shawn’s passion for the great outdoors is palpable. From summer fishing and camping with loved ones to winter waterfowl hunting, he embodies the spirit of Idaho’s diverse landscapes. Fun fact: Shawn’s lifelong admiration for tigers reflects his strong and determined nature.

• Chris Komma: Inside Sales/Call Center

• • Tenure: 4 years
  • Chris strikes a balance between work and play. Whether he’s on the ice playing hockey, perfecting his swing on the golf course, or spending quality time with his wife and furry companion Murphy, he knows how to make the most of every moment.

• Sam Castillo: Outside Sales (Remote Office)

• • Tenure: A remarkable 17 years!
  • Sam is not confined by walls; he serves our customers from his mobile office, demonstrating unparalleled dedication. Family is his driving force, with a fiancée, Alicia, and a 5-month-old bundle of joy named Zahra. Outside work, Sam immerses himself in travel, the Idaho outdoors, and volunteering at local shelters.

• Andy Imel: Inside Sales and Dispatch

• • Tenure: An impressive 19 years!
  • Beyond his dedication to Tates, Andy treasures family moments and embraces the outdoors. His playful spirit is akin to a llama; he’s all heart, but cross his path the wrong way, and he might just give you a good-natured “spitfire” response.

• Nick Blackburn: Assistant Manager (McCall)

• • Tenure: 8 years
  • Nick’s love for the wild echoes in his pastimes of fishing, hunting, and hiking with his family. The natural beauty of Idaho is his sanctuary, and he cherishes every moment spent amidst its grandeur.
