He says that after growing up in the back of a gas station in small town Idaho, customer service is ingrained in his DNA. Throughout Joe’s tenure at Tates, Joe has focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships He attributes his success to communication, trust, and commitment with customers.

Sam Castillo is a motivated and energized salesperson with 17 years of experience here at Tates. Sam prides himself on the relationships he is able to create and nurture within our industry. Sam’s emphatic approach to his work makes every interaction with him an adventure. Sam is committed to providing smooth rental solutions to contractors and customers across the state.

Outside of work, Sam is a family man with a loving fiancé and daughter. He has a newfound motivation in his young family. Sam is also a travel junkie and enjoys the Idaho outdoors. Sam also spends some of his free-time volunteering at local shelters and giving time back to those who need it.
