What to Expect When You Bring In Your Tank

Refilling a propane tank at Tates Rents is about as straightforward as it sounds. Bring in your empty (or partially full) tank, and one of our team members will fill it on site. A few things to keep in mind before you go:

• Check your tank’s certification date. Propane tanks need to be re-certified periodically. If your tank is out of date, let our team know, Tates Rents can recertify your cylinder on the spot, refill it and get you back on your way, all in one stop.
• Bring the right size. Tank requirements may vary. Contact your Tates Rents location before visiting if you have questions about a specific tank, or size.
• No appointment needed. Propane refills are a walk-in service at participating locations during normal business hours.
